Chicken noodle stir-fry

 

          Ingredients  
 

Noodle
Soy sauce
sauce 
Cornflour 
Cooking  oil 
lard
egg 
dry cabbage leaves 
chicken thigh
Crispy Squid

Cooking Constructions

Step 1)  slice chicken to small piece mix

with corn flour, sauce and cooking oil leave

it for 1 hr

Step 2)  put lard to the pan in until high

heat then put chicken from step 1, rice noodles

and crispy squid 

Step 3)  add sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minuets

Step 4)  add eggs and fry until cook

Step 5)  serve with vegetables, coriander and

spring onions
